You release management, HottieCorp, TheNetGirls.com, facility, participants, PayPal, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims. Event Tickets, paperless or not, are not redeemable for cash. If event is canceled or rescheduled, no refund required if you’re given the right, within 12 months of date of event, to attend a rescheduled like event or to exchange ticket for a ticket, comparable in price and location, to similar event as designated by TheNetGirls.com, except as provided by law. Complimentary tickets, if any, are not exchangeable. Unlawful sale or attempted sale subjects ticket to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from any source other than TheNetGirls.com web site may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void. Ticket is a revocable license. HottieCorp and/or TheNetGirls.com may, without refund, revoke this license or refuse admission for noncompliance with these terms or for disorderly conduct. Commercial use of ticket prohibited without written approval.

You consent, without compensation of any kind, to our use of your image, likeness, actions and statements in connection with any live or recorded audio, video, or photograph or other transmission or publication of event as we see fit. Alcohol, drugs, contraband, recording devices (other than cameras and cell phone cameras), bundles and containers may be prohibited. You consent to search on entry and waive related claims.

Each ticket you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms below.

Currency
TheNetGirls Event ticket prices are stated in U.S. Dollars.

Payment Methods
We have eliminated service and handling fees by using PayPal as the sole source to buy TheNetGirls Event tickets. You may purchase TheNetGirls Event tickets by using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck or your PayPal account.

$100,000.00 Prize
Every paid ticket attendee on the guest list will automatically be entered into a drawing for a chance to win $100,000.00. Winners are solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes that may apply.

Who You Are Buying From
TheNetGirls.com (a HottieCorp Collective Enterprises company, aka HottieCorp) organizes and hosts the events for which you purchase tickets. When you purchase a ticket for an event that is located in the United States, HottieCorp via PayPal will be handling the transaction and collecting payment.

TheNetGirls Attendance
Though TheNetGirls seen on www.TheNetGirls.com/TheNetGirls have agreed to be a part of TheNetGirls Event for which you purchased your ticket(s), and we fully expect them to be a part of the event, TheNetGirls.com and/or HottieCorp cannot guarantee exactly which girls will attend any given event.

Pricing and Availability
HottieCorp sells tickets on behalf of TheNetGirls.com. TheNetGirls.com sets the ticket prices. Tickets for TheNetGirls Events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event. Check www.TheNetGirls.com often for more information on ticket availability.

Seating
TheNetGirls Event will be held in a private area. All seating is general admission, first come first served, except during the “Barely There Fashion Pageant” whereas attendees that have purchased a Gold ticket will receive up-front priority seating over attendees that purchased a Silver ticket.

Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation, after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with PayPal’s Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. HottieCorp will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was placed or not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Convenience, Order Processing and Charge-Back Fees
Tickets purchased on TheNetGirls.com are not subject to a convenience charge or ordering processing fee. However, a non-refundable per ticket fee of 5% of the ticket price will be imposed for all charge-backs.

Amount of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"
When purchasing tickets on TheNetGirls.com, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a "ticket limit"). This amount is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. The ticket limit per person, per event is two (2).

Cancelled and Postponed Events

Though never expected, there is a small chance that an event may be canceled or postponed. In the unlikely event this occurs, we will attempt to contact you, via email, to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check www.TheNetGirls.com. If you purchase a ticket and a refund is issued, you will most likely receive a refund by being issued a credit to the credit or debit card you used to purchase that ticket.

To receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the TheNetGirls’ instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at HottieCorp’s discretion.

When HottieCorp issues a refund for a ticket, it will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid, less 5%. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund. HottieCorp and/or TheNetGirls.com will not be liable for travel, hotel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled please Contact us for information on receiving a refund. Please make sure to include/provide all of your contact and ticket purchase information so we can expedite your refund if applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your ticket selection, i.e., Gold or Silver. Policies set forth by HottieCorp, generally prohibit HottieCorp and/or TheNetGirls.com from issuing refunds after a ticket has been purchased.   

Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address and other billing information has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order… that can delay processing. In these cases, HottieCorp and/or PayPal customer service may attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If HottieCorp and/or PayPal are unable to reach you after its initial attempt, HottieCorp and/or PayPal may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.

Paperless Tickets
TheNetGirls Event tickets are paperless. This means that you will not receive a ticket for TheNetGirls Event. Instead, your name and ticket purchase information will be on the guest list when you arrive for TheNetGirls Event. YOU MUST SHOW A VALID ID AND THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD YOU USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKET OR THE RECEIPT FROM YOUR ECHECK OR PAYPAL PAYMENT FOR THENETGIRLS EVENT TO BE ALLOWED ENTRY.

Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: HottieCorp has the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site, PayPal or other systems error.

Limitation of Liability
By purchasing a ticket for TheNetGirls Event, you agree to the terms of this Purchase Policy. You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after TheNetGirls Event or performance. And by doing so, you specifically hereby agree:

• To release and discharge TheNetGirls.com and/or HottieCorp from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action that you may hereafter have for injuries or damages arising out of your participation in TheNetGirls Event.
• That you will not sue or make claim against TheNetGirls.com and/or HottieCorp for damages or other losses sustained as a result of your participation in TheNetGirls Event.
• To indemnify and hold TheNetGirls.com and/or HottieCorp harmless from all claims, judgments and costs, including but not limited to attorneys' fees, and to reimburse them for any expenses whatsoever incurred in connection with an action brought as a result of your participation in TheNetGirls Event.
• That you understand and acknowledge that TheNetGirls Events are not inherently dangerous and you expressly and voluntarily assume any and all risks while participating in or resulting from your participation in any and all TheNetGirls Events.

License, Ejection and Cancellation
TheNetGirls Event staff reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct TheNetGirls Event staff deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with TheNetGirls Event staff rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and your admission can be refused.

Recording, Transmission and Exhibition
You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You grant permission to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation.

You Are Subject to Search
You and your belongings may be searched on entry. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers.

Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes
Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempt) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by TheNetGirls.com, provided that even if such consent is obtained, use of TheNetGirls.com’s trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to TheNetGirls.com’s consent.
